An excellent car buying experience, the whole team goes above and beyond to ensure they give you the best deal possible. They do not compromise on Quality even for a second. I paid to have a car transferred from there Memphis location to Huntsville, I received a call from the manager Nathan Rosengarten because during their inspection to prepare the car to ship they found an issue with the car. He call me to inform me they could not sell me that car because it did not meet there quality standards👏. He then gave me the option to find another vehicle and they would get it prepared to ship as soon as they could. I took him up on that offer. Anna Allen was my sales representative. She was outstanding during the whole process. She kept me informed every step of the way and made it a super enjoyable experience. She very positive and ensured we captured pictures so my daughter and I could remember this experience. Nick Hayslett the Huntsville manger was very professional and ensured we had an excellent all around experience. Highly recommend City Auto and their entire team!
